IGIplan v1.2.3 released

IGIplan v1.2.3 is a bug fix release, small changes in functionality were made.
We would like to thank all our customers for their great effort in feedback. As a result we decided to change the release date to 31th March 2010! Some bugs were reported earlier this year and we want you to get this version within the first support quarter. The new version is available from our new website - www.igi-systems.com. A login is required for download. Customers will receive their login data shortly.

In this manner we would like to give you a quick preview of the next release IGIplan v1.3.0 which will be released soon. New features in the next version will be:

GSD Classification:

The coverage area of your camera system will be viewable in different colors according to the defined GSD.

Coordinate System Editor:
|
IGIplan covers over 600 coordinate systems. But as the world keeps on turning coordinate systems change. In a future release we will present an editor to quickly add new coordinate systems to IGIplan.

3D Laser Mapping and IGI have announced a StreetMapper 2010
International User Conference. Co-hosted with the European Lidar Mapping
Forum the StreetMapper Conference will take place on the 2nd December
2010 in The Hague, Netherlands. Designed to attract both existing and
potential users of mobile mapping systems the StreetMapper Conference
will feature a range of technical presentations detailing the latest
developments in laser scanning and mobile data capture together with
end user case studies. The StreetMapper User Conference will also provide the perfect
opportunity for delegates to meet with laser scanning
specialists and network with mobile mapping
professionals from around the world.
